Role: Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead Systems Architect to serve as an expert consultant to oversee and guide IT strategies, focusing on designing and implementing architecture, workflows, and enterprise focused solutions, particularly utilizing Pega. The manager is responsible for coordinating the management of all work performed. The manager shall act as the central point of contact (POC) for this project. Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the project's schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and fiscal management. Provide application systems analysis and Transition and Target State plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities for necessary support resources. Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership as a Lead System Architect (LSA), ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. Define IT strategies and manage infrastructure to meet organizational objectives. Lead teams in system design, deployment, and performance optimization. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and information security protocols. Evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration. Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategies with business goals. Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. PMP certification is required. Relevant Pega Certifications: Certified Business Architect (PCLBA), Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA), Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA), or Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) with User Essentials Course. Minimum Requirements: 15+ years of experience in IT leadership, architecture, specializing in Java and Pega Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and security standards Proven experience managing cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills to work in dynamic, project-based roles.
