As\na Lead Systems Engineer in the AES Group here at Honeywell, you will play a\ncritical role in leading and overseeing a team of highly skilled systems\nengineers in the design, development, and delivery of advanced systems and\nsolutions for the Environmental Control System (ECS) and Vapor Cycle System\n(VCS). Your expertise in these systems will be instrumental in ensuring the\nefficient and effective aircraft operations.

You will report directly to our AES Systems Engineering manager and you'll work\nout of our Tempe, Arizona location on a hybrid (3/2) work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by ensuring\nthe successful execution of complex projects related to ECS and VCS systems.\nYou will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and\ntechnical experts to drive technological advancements and deliver high-quality\nsolutions to our customers.

YOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical\ndiscipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics6+ years of experience in systems engineering and engineering management6+ years of experience in Environmental Control System (ECS) and Vapor\nCycle System (VCS)WE VALUEExperience in Aerospace Systems and Requirements Based Engineering, including as appropriate, for example DO-178, DO-160 and DO254.
