Experis for their clients is in search of a seasoned Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Developer and Administrator who possesses profound expertise in developing innovative solutions and application administration resulting in significant business value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 F&O implementations spanning the SDLC, and demonstrated depth of operational experience supporting and enhancing the system. A significant part of this role will include working on a Microsoft Dynamics Quote-to-Cash ERP implementation requiring a strong understanding of F&O capabilities including SCM and Dual Write. This function reports to the Director, Technical Architecture.
**Job Title: SR.SYSTEMS ENGINEER (Direct Hire)**
**Location: Remote or Richmond**
**Pay Range:** 110k - 130K FTE
Providing technical expertise (development and administration) in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Responsible for Tier III issues to triage, conduct troubleshooting, provide break-fix resolution.
Assist in maintaining system through test and deployment of patches and hotfixes.
Analyze Microsoft enhancements and updates to Dynamics, assessing impact to implementation and developing action plans to apply enhancements and eliminate issues.
Manage and report on metrics related to the operations, performance, and availability of Dynamics365 F&O.
**What’s Needed?**
5-10 years of Dynamics 365 F&O/AX development experience, including experience working for an end-user or partner in a Sr. Developer or Technical Architect role.
At least one (1) full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementation in a lead technical role. Three (3) or more implementations are preferred.
Experience with Agile software development and test-driven development.
Experience designing, configuring, deploying, and using Azure DevOps pipelines and repos.
Experience with Azure Federated Services, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), and associated technologies.
Expertise in LCS and Azure DevOps.
