\nJoin a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex systems within Honeywell Aerospace. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will have ownership for systems at every aspect of the systems lifecycle; from the front end of business development through product end of life. You will work across disciplines within the Engines and Power Systems business to drive growth and reach critical business milestones.
\nIn this role, you will be responsible for the development, qualification, and support of propulsion turbine engine control systems and associated development equipment. These complex systems will serve as part of full authority digital engine control (FADEC) systems. You will serve as a technical focal point, and a mentor to other engineers. The propulsion control systems organization will rely on you to ensure the systems meet the needs of internal and external customers.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nSystems integration and architecture development\nTeam Leadership, including:\n\nMentoring\nStaff capability development\n\nEffective coordination and communication with:\n\nMulti-disciplinary design teams\nSystems engineering teams\nProject management organizations\nInternal and external customers\n\nTechnical leadership and oversight of:\n\nControl system integration\nTest and development equipment\nDigital transformation of electronic sub-systems\n\nOwnership and leading of field Issue troubleshooting and support activities\nProject engineering\n\nU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS\nDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE
\n\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics\n3+ years engineering experience\n\nWE VALUE
