Lead Systems Operations Engineer

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking dynamic professional with min 9 Years of experience in Front End and Middleware Support to provide application production support for the Corporate Property Security and Supply Chain Line of Businesses


In this role, you will:

Lead or triage major incidents management.

Perform problem management to identify root cause and preventative actions

Monitor application health and reduce alerts and failures

Monitor batch and feed management

Investigate and troubleshoot failures

Support disaster recovery exercise

Deployment of Vendor software

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, vendors and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Lead the team on the SRE journey with implementing observability on customer journeys


Required Qualifications:

Experience in Systems Engineering, and Technology Architecture, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Experience/training/knowledge in implementing

3+ years experience .NET / Java, SSIS, SSRS,

3+ years experience in web servers – IIS,TOMCAT / WebLogic, Windows Servers concepts

3+ years experience in databases – MSSQL, Oracle


Desired Qualifications:

3+ years experience with vendor applications: SAP Basis/Ariba, Guardian, Lenel, Mastermind, DMP

Scripting: Unix shell scripting, Python

Experience with SSAS applications support

Experience on any cloud architecture, COTS products
