Responsible for performing composite repairs on aircraft, maintaining airworthiness standards, and providing technical guidance to team members.

Essential Duties:Conduct hot/cold bond repairs per approved documentation.Identify damaged components and determine appropriate repair techniques.Sand, trim, prime, and fit repairs as required.Follow repair sequences, complete forms, and maintain safety procedures.Clean work areas and document work daily.Core Competencies:Ethical commitment and reliability.Strong communication and motivation skills.Ability to learn, adapt, and offer creative solutions.Independence and the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
