Job Description Summary
In our People Analytics team at AT&T, we are committed to leveraging data-driven insights to foster a culture of innovation, enhance employee experiences, and drive strategic decision-making across all levels of our organization. As part of this team, the Lead Tech Business Analysis will design and implement solutions using Workday Report Writer, Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT), and other related tools to support data driven decision-making.
** This job is based in Dallas or Atlanta and must be in the office 5 days per week. Relocation assistance will not be provided. **
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
+ Serve as Workday Reporting expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, and touchpoints with relevant functional areas.
+ Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that align with client requirements.
+ Mentor other report writers and share knowledge with others.
+ Review final technical design/solutions and may coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
+ Participate across the project lifecycle team to ensure requirements have been met to stakeholder specifications.
+ Solid understanding of the technical architecture required to support business needs and deliver end-solutions.
+ Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for customers.
+ Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex requirements and user stories.
+ Responsible for managing assigned tasks to ensure successful completion of project within scope and on schedule.
+ Provide subject matter expertise on Workday reporting best practices.
Job contribution: Senior level technical expertise. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert.
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred.
+ 5-8 years of related experience in reporting and data visualization, including gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions to meet client requirements.
+ Experience with Workday Report Writer and BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) is required.
+ Experience with Prism is beneficial.
+ Preferred experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with an understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Our Lead Tech Business Analysis earn between 118,800 – 178,200 USD Annual in Dallas, TX. Our Lead Tech Business Analysis earn between 106,100 – 159,100 USD Annual in Atlanta, GA.
