**Resp & Qualifications**
**PURPOSE:**
Delivers critical and emerging systems and data analysis and implements tools and technology for the whole enterprise. Design, and deliver management systems. Build, manage, and sustain critical systems, business and data analysis techniques, methods, tools, and processes. Owns data collection capabilities through collaboration with internal and external teams. Leads cross-departmental, and cross-functional team members.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
+ Performs complex system analyses on software programs, applications, and services.
+ Leads product and service evaluation and recommends new tools or platforms for user efficiency.
+ Leads the implementation of new technology for organizational efficiency.
+ Communicates directly with all stake holders including executive management.
+ Improves data collection capabilities through collaboration with organizational teams.
+ Manages product licenses and ensures compliance with IT industry regulations. Provides the organization with cost saving analysis.
**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:**
Individual Contributor - This position has no direct reports, however, may informally lead teams in a matrix environment.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
**Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
**Experience:** 8 years relevant systems/technical analysis
**Preferred Qualifications** : Advanced degree.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)**
+ Ability to navigate through various complex systems, deliver quality solution with in budget and schedule.
+ Ability to understand projects and concepts as they relate to high-level business objectives.
+ Knowledge of architecture, application development, data structure and analysis techniques and methods.
+ Proficiency in reading security patterns and audit reports to adhere with standards.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
+ Understanding of Project Management and translating organization objectives into goals.
Salary Range: $87,120 - $173,030
**Travel Requirements** :
