Build, manage, and sustain critical systems, business and data analysis techniques, methods, tools, and processes. Leads cross-departmental, and cross-functional team members. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** + Performs complex system analyses on software programs, applications, and services. + Leads product and service evaluation and recommends new tools or platforms for user efficiency. + Leads the implementation of new technology for organizational efficiency. + Communicates directly with all stake holders including executive management. + Improves data collection capabilities through collaboration with organizational teams. + Manages product licenses and ensures compliance with IT industry regulations. Provides the organization with cost saving analysis. **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:** Individual Contributor - This position has no direct reports, however, may informally lead teams in a matrix environment. **QUALIFICATIONS:** **Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience. **Experience:** 8 years relevant systems/technical analysis **Preferred Qualifications** : Advanced degree. **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)** + Ability to navigate through various complex systems, deliver quality solution with in budget and schedule. + Ability to understand projects and concepts as they relate to high-level business objectives. + Knowledge of architecture, application development, data structure and analysis techniques and methods. + Proficiency in reading security patterns and audit reports to adhere with standards. + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-based environment. + Understanding of Project Management and translating organization objectives into goals.
