We are currently seeking a Lead Technical Intelligence Data Analyst to join the Cross-cutting Urgent Innovation Cell (CUIC), an organization that is unique to MITRE because:

Roles & Responsibilities:
A Lead Technical Intelligence Data Analyst is needed who possesses a breadth of technical skills and domain knowledge and can help implement and iterate upon a non-traditional data strategy. Successful candidate(s) will learn new techniques and approaches on-the-job working in collaboration with other team members.
Produce sponsor-facing products providing supply chain insightsCollaborate with Analysis and Technical teams to identify opportunities to advance automated data analyticsLeverage a breadth of expertise and experience with commercial data providers to conduct assessments of data portfolio for additional analytic opportunitiesAs opportunities arise, this role may include expanded leadership responsibilities such as leading ad hoc projects, managing sponsor relationships, and providing oversight of products for delivery.Basic Qualifications:
This position requires applicants to have an active Top-Secret government clearance. Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements.Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years’ experience; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.Experience working with vendors of commercially available information and leveraging commercial data to derive unique insights.Open-source research and data analysis experience.Experience working with or leading cross functional teams of analysts, software developers, and data scientists.Familiarity with foreign financial networks, corporate structures, supply chains, and/or S&T research pipelines.This position requires a minimum of 4 days a week on-site.Preferred Qualifications:
