Lead Technical Machine Operator
Aerotek is hiring for Technical Machine Operator ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain high-speed production linesAchieve or surpass established production standardsMake equipment adjustmentsPrepare processing equipment by making setup adjustments and assisting with changeoversDocument production processes by completing logs, calculating statistics, and noting the receipt, flow, and return of materialsComplete production, productivity, inspection, downtime, and safety reportsMaintain quality standards by conducting first-piece and line inspectionsReport production and quality issues by recording data and reporting unresolved issues to the supervisorInspect equipment and its parts to assure conformance to specificationsEssential Skills2-5 years of production operations experience, particularly in a high-volume manufacturing environmentExperience in a high-speed line manufacturing or processing industryKnowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenanceKnowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and standards, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective production of goodsAbility to read gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure proper machine operation.Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsLead experience is a plusAbility to work independently
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00
