The ETS Connectivity Delivery Manager (CDM) will be a key resource in the ETS Delivery Management organization, as the key interface between the Corporate Investment Bank (CIB) and the Infrastructure Platform (IP) organizations for the delivery of Electronic Trading Connectivity. The primary responsibility of the ETS CDM is to manage venue & business partner connectivity with responsibilities across the connectivity lifecycle including onboarding, maintenance and offboarding, In the dispatch of these duties, the CDM wears many hats, including that of Relationship Manager, Technical Project Manager, Service Manager, Technical Expert, eTrading SME & Commercial Manager.

University Degree (Bachelors or Masters) or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical project management, implementation and/or support role as a hands-on specialist in connectivity and/or networking Minimum 5 years experience in an IT role at a Commercial or Investment Bank Working knowledge of electronic trading and connectivity solutions. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time management skills Team player adept at collaborating with internal & external parties to develop ideal solution for the business Strong decision maker, with transparent & timely communication & follow-up Excellent active listening, writing, speaking, negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills Contract management experience Flexible, hands on and able to work in a fast paced, high pressure, client-focused and collaborative environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
