Key ResponsibilitiesManage the requisitioning, ordering, and inventory of materials required for the development of radiopharmaceuticals.Ensure timely procurement to meet production needs while maintaining optimal inventory levels and preventing stockouts.Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and alignment with demand.Implement best practices for inventory management, ensuring efficient stock rotation and minimizing material waste.Track incoming materials to ensure timely delivery. Address and resolve any delays or discrepancies in transit, collaborating with suppliers to mitigate disruptions.Ensure all shipping documentation (e.g., packing lists, certificates of analysis) is complete and maintained for traceability.Verify that received materials match purchase orders and meet quality specifications.Organize and maintain materials storage areas in compliance with cGMP and safety standards, ensuring proper segregation and handling.Participate in routine cleaning and maintenance activities of storage area to meet cGMP and document all actions for compliance.Assist in creating and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for materials handling, shipping, and inventory control to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.Education and ExperienceBS/BA Business, management, purchasing, or scienceAt least 2 years of relevant experience working in a manufacturing environment or similar field of work.Materials management experience working in a GMP environment such as pharmaceuticals or medical devices is highly desired.   Experience working with SAP is considered an asset.
