Shift Details: Monday-Friday 4:00pm – 12:00am. *Required Overtime will be mandatory. Up to 4 hours daily depending on company needs. Weekend production will be required on a needed basis.

What Product Test & Calibration contributes to Cardinal Health

Manufacturing is responsible for cost of production and maintenance activities including process improvement, supply chain management, quality assurance, employee safety and engagement, and environmental commitment.

Product Test & Calibration sets up, aligns, monitors, and/or calibrates production equipment. Assists and may perform maintenance on machines and cleans up minor chemical spills in assigned area as well as glassware, ovens, and other equipment.

Job Summary

Lead a group of individuals in the facility who are responsible for the production of adult incontinent care products and perform maintenance task when needed in a manufacturing environment.  Daily, must be able to effectively communicate (orally and written) with employees and other departmental personnel.  Key accountabilities of position include managing safety, cost, quality, service, and production to meet goals.  All tasks should be performed in the safest most efficient manner possible.

Responsibilities

Must have good interpersonal/leadership skills and be able to interface with all departments and associate levels.Flexibility to accept new duties as assigned by Manager.Observe all safety precautions and regulations. Be proactive in addressing safety issues and concerns. Responsible for reporting all safety hazards and potential unsafe working conditions.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience preferredHigh School Diploma or GED preferred
