Requirements: + A high school diploma, GED or equivalent + Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a shop and team + Commercial Driving License (CDL) with passenger and airbrake endorsements + Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics. + Knowledge of Cummins In-Site program and functions + In-depth computer knowledge and the ability to scan and diagnose trouble codes + Excellent communication skills + Ability to work with operations for successful vehicle pull outs, interpret safety documents, blueprints, schematics, and other mechanical diagrams. + DOT physical examination and drug test. Preferred: + ASE Certification.
