Key Responsibilities: + Coordinateandprioritizetheworkloadofthedieseltechnicianteam,assigningtasksandensuringthatall work is completed in a timely manner. + Utilizeadvanceddiagnostictoolsandtechniquestoidentifyandtroubleshootcomplexmechanicaland electrical issues in diesel vehicles and equipment. + Manageinventorylevelsofpartsandsupplies,ensuringadequatestocklevelstosupportmaintenanceand repair activities while minimizing waste and excess inventory. + Performpreventivemaintenance,inspections,andrepairsondieselengines,transmissions,brakes,and other components, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. + Coachandmonitormembersofthe work team. + Otherdutiesasrequired. Qualifications: + Minimumof1 ofexperienceasadieseltechnician,withdemonstratedproficiencyindiagnosing and repairing diesel engines and related systems. + Strongleadershipandsupervisoryskills,withthe abilitytoeffectivelymanage andmotivatea team. + Abilitytoworkindependentlyandcollaborativelyinafast-pacedenvironment,whilemaintainingahigh level of attention to detail and accuracy. + Mustbe able toworkshifts or flexible workschedulesasneeded. + SubjecttoaDOTdrugtestingandphysicalifapplicable.DOTRegulation49CFRPart40doesnot authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
