Lead - Techno Commercial

Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements 

Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including pre-contract activities, post award administration, and contract closeout 

Oversee the tendering process, including bid evaluation, contractor selection, and award recommendations

Provide strategic guidance and direction on techno-commercial aspects of contracts to maximize value and minimize risks

Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors 

Develop and implement contract management best practices, policies, and procedures 

Ensure timely resolution of contract disputes and claims through effective negotiation and administration 

Manage a team of contract professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and business objectives 

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to contract management

15+ years of work experience

Proven expertise in contract negotiation, administration, and management 

Comprehensive understanding of techno-commercial aspects in the real estate industry 

Proficiency in tendering processes and bid evaluation techniques 

Sound knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts 

Experience in implementing contract management software and tools
