About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant.
In this role, you will:
Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teamsAct as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiativesEvaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiativesDefine and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirementsMake decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutionsLead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverablesCollaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problemsEnsure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science/Information, or related field.5+ years of minimum experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst role in nCino or Salesforce platform, preferably within commercial banking or financial services or in any large consulting firms.SQL & SOQL both are mandatory skills along with Salesforce/nCino platform experienceSalesforce certification or nCino-specific certifications are a plus.Experience with data migration and integration projects, including source-to-target mapping for legacy systems to modern cloud-based platforms.In-depth understanding of commercial loan origination processes, including loan applications, approvals, and servicing.Familiarity with Salesforce and nCino platforms, with experience in data migration, system configuration, and workflow design.Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts and find effective solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
