The primary purpose of this role is to enable execution of the transformation roadmap through coaching to build a product-led technology organization. This role will primarily focus on insights, coaching and influencing teams and leadership to enable value-driven delivery with high quality and agility. The Lead Technology Coach focused on Agile will be responsible for the coaching and influencing adoption of Agile and product management practices and their continuous improvement at the team and portfolio level. The Lead Technology Coach focused on engineering will be responsible for the coaching and influencing adoption of DevOps and modern software engineering practices at the team and portfolio level.
What you will do
Shares insights and defines and drives the coaching plan to meet operational metrics at the portfolio level.
Creates a positive team environment culture of empowerment, self-organized, and value-based delivery.
Owns stakeholder management by building strong relationships with customers, partners, and peers across the organization.
Lead Technology Coach - Agile
Trains/coaches teams and leadership on Agile and product management tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Influences and advises portfolio vice president (VP) and leadership for adoption and maturity of Agile and product management practices.
Enables adoption of best product management practices throughout the product lifecycle.
Supports Agile and product management community of practice (CoP) and scrum masters to create a culture of continuous learning.
Individual Contributor
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems (MIS), or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
8 years of IT experience
Experience working in a global collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in business administration, computer science, MIS, or related field
Experience in the retail industry
4 years of experience in Agile Coaching
2 years of experience coaching Agile teams in a multinational corporation environment
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar
