Axient is seeking an experienced Lead Test Engineer at Ft. Belvoir, Arlington, VA to support tasks for the Joint Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems Office’s (JCO) efforts to demonstrate, evaluate, develop, and test selected C-UAS capabilities at Ft. Belovoir, Arlington, VA

Required:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institutionActive Top SecretMinimum 3 years Engineering experienceMinimum 3 years leading and/or working with a multi-disciplined teamInterest in EW and Radar Signal Processing Techniques, Sensor System Integration and Test, and Electronic Warfare and Radar Performance Analysis Tools such as MATLABTravel: Up to 20% depending on the evolving threat driving the need to deploy test capabilities
Preferred:
Bachelors degree in a STEM field of studyActive Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to attain Special Access Program tierMinimum 5 years test experience in progressive roles of responsibility within a Experience in Electronic Warfare and RF/IR Countermeasures.Experience with EW and Radar Signal Processing Techniques, Sensor System Integration and Test, and Electronic Warfare and Radar Performance Analysis Tools such as MATLABHands-on test, integration, and verification support across lab facilities requiring skills in algorithms, software, hardware, and networkingRecent hands-on RF chain analysis and radar system performance analysis, as well as all aspects of test executionPossess deep understanding of testing philosophies and methodologies within an agile test environment.#CJ
