Lead Testing Engineer - Workday
Experience: -Experience testing atleast 5 to 6 Workday HCM Core modules such as Recruiting, Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Payroll, Learning, Talent and Performance including integrations -Scope and assess what applicable scenarios are needed for Unit, ST, Integration and E2E testing based on client requirements -Establish and maintain strong client relationships -Ensure testing phases are delivered on-time and on-budget -Ensure testing phase is properly planned and staffed -Experience leading a team of QA Engineers and managing key stakeholders -Review and analyze system requirements and workbooks -Assess overall QA process and suggest improvements as needed -Collaborate with Test Manager to develop effective test strategy and test plan -Collaborate with client and system implementer to identify test scenarios -Conduct test case review meetings with client leads -Execute test cases and analyze results -Manage defects and ensure they are reported in test tool correctly -Work with client on test execution questions -Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the Workday testing lifecycle Requirements: -MUST HAVE at least 7+ years’ overall experience in Quality Assurance -MUST HAVE at least 2+ years’ experience managing and leading large implementations and teams -MUST HAVE at least 4+ years’ experience with Workday HCM, including implementations -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Strong MS Office and PowerPoint skills -Workday HCM Certifications (desirable) -Strong understanding of HR and Staffing business processes, functions and dependencies -Strong Payroll experience (desirable) 3 must havesWorkday 4/5Payroll exp 3/5Implementation 3/5
