Summary of Position 

Responsible for assisting the Sr Clinic Manager in the day-to-day operations of the therapy team. Assists the Sr Clinic Manager by providing leadership for planning, management, implementation, integration and coordination of therapy services in support of PT Solutions and facility goals dedicated to excellence, effective leadership, and financial stability. Supports the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care through activities based on facility strategic goals and objectives.  

To provide quality patient care according to practice standards, appropriate to age and disability related to limitations in function. To document and perform charge related functions. To be responsible for acting as a representative of profession, PT Solutions, and own person in a positive outlook. 

Essential Functions

Department representative when the site leader is unavailable. Point of contact for general patient care inquiries from facility and delegates to staff as appropriate. Assists therapy leadership with coordinating PRN coverage when appropriate/available. Assists therapy leadership and administrative staff with scheduling patient care and coordination of referrals. Assists in maintaining inventory of department supplies Completion of patient evaluation and outline of appropriate plan of care consistent with physician orders, third party payor requirements, and expectations of patient. Perform patient treatments consistent with care plan. Perform treatments consistent with skill level and within boundaries of profession as outlined by practice act and professional practice standards. Perform treatment skills with customer service responsibilities. Document all related information necessary for outline of treatment plan, treatment, ICD-10 and CPT coding, exercise flow sheets, home exercise programs, patient education, physician reporting, discharge summaries. Direct and supervise treatment provided by support personnel. Provide accurate and timely reporting of charges consistent with documentation to front office personnel or where appropriate service center directly. Other duties as assigned. May include people management.
