SUMMARY
This position is responsible to perform daily activities like repairs, cleaning routines, service in the press and also track the work orders in the ERP implemented in Tool Room.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Track the work orders
· Track red zone
· Properly use hand tools.
· Bring support to the process team.
· Repair tools
· Clean the tools before sending them to the machine.
· Preventive maintenance routine and documentation
· Properly use tool shop equipment
· 5S’s in the tool room and tool shop
· Storage tools in racks.
· May perform other reasonable, related business duties.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, plus at least 6 years of machine shop experience, which includes CAD, or equivalent – OR- Apprenticeship Program, or certification from technical school, and 4 years of experience as described above.
