In this role, you will:

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of Trading Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationSuccessfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 63 or 7 and 66 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration

Trading experienceExposure to Wells Fargo Trading Systems such as Smart Station & BETAExperience coaching & leading a teamKnowledge and understanding of brokerage products and servicesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to interact with all levels of an organization                      Intermediate Microsoft Office skillsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
