The **Google Lead Trainer** will be the designated training expert, ensuring the team is provided with appropriate training and support for a broad level of users. Trainers are expected to be available to support all areas of consumer and associate training, and service in the brands’ space as needed. This individual must be goal-driven, and expected to create and promote an extraordinary experience in a “consumer first” environment.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Essential Functions of this Position**
+ Be the expert on ‘Radically Helpful’ customer service, brand ecosystems and store functions.
+ Responsible to execute ongoing training of store team knowledge of brand products and services.
+ Responsible for managing training calendar, content and presentations.
+ Collaborate with Account Manager and Store Manager to identify, communicate, and measure success of training.
+ Evangelize brand’s products and services.
+ Lead consistent and inspiring onboarding of new employees.
+ Exemplify the standard of selling and procedure excellence.
+ Create an inclusive, collaborative and engaging environment.
+ Partner with corporate team to plan, staff and host consumer training seminars and brand events
**Management and Development:**
+ Share information and provide service that continuously enhances the consumer experience
+ Understand the challenges of being new to technology and show sensitivity to consumer's level of technical proficiency
+ Create experiences that promote excitement around brand ownership, empowering consumers to learn, create, and share
+ Lead new initiatives related to brands’ product and service training
+ Deliver training sessions in all areas pertaining to brands’ consumer and designated professional applications, including the ability to demonstrate and offer support in all current versions of devices
+ Identify training opportunities; create and supervise structured development for the team
+ Provide training and coaching to store staff regarding customer training services
+ Recommend complete solutions to meet consumers’ needs
+ Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store initiatives, and policy and procedures
+ Create ongoing business opportunities by offering services and establishing learning relationships with customers.
+ Perform additional support /service functions within service/training environment as developed.
+ Other duties as assigned
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ BA/BS or equivalence in training. Technology field is preferred.
+ 3+ Years experience creating training content in a high tech area
+ 1+ Years presenting to audiences
+ Proven ability to lead and inspire large dynamic teams
+ Ability to maintain composure and communicate effectively while multitasking in fast paced environment
+ Excellent verbal and written skills
+ Teaching experience and a love of teaching all user levels. Ability to adjust teaching style and pace to meet individual customer needs.
+ Clear, concise public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to exhibit an energetic and enthusiastic attitude and tremendous interpersonal communication skills
+ Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Familiar with carriers, big box, and consumer electronics
+ Comfortable educating and sharing product feature and benefit information with customers and retail associates/agents
+ Communicate effectively in group presentations and demonstrations
+ Independent and motivated team player
