**Description** **SAIC** seeks an experienced and energetic **Lead Training Developer** to directly support the C5ISR Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRC) Branch located at **Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD** . The overarching purpose of the program is to develop, integrate and field cutting edge technologies that can be integrated into existing modernization Programs of Record. **Job Responsibilities:** + Developing training strategies and training plans that will increase internal team and government customer knowledge about the developing QRC mission systems and their operations + Developing a training curriculum with content requirements that are tailored to the nature of all supported QRC systems + Developing and executing a knowledge transfer approach to tap knowledge from subject matter experts and help distribute it to increase the broader team’s overall understanding of these complex missions + Leveraging technologies to facilitate lecture/demonstration/performance training. These will include, but are not limited to, cloud-based applications, presentation slides and posters, and videos **Qualifications** **Education Requirements:** + Bachelors degree and nine (9) years experience; Additional four (4) years' experience can be accepted in lieu of degree. **Clearance Requirements:** + Must possess an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI; US Citizenship required. **Required Experience/Skills:** + Strong experience with U.S. Army Training Policy, Standards, and Procedures + Relevant intelligence and space system experience **Desired Experience/Skills:** + Common Faculty Development – Instructor Certification (CFD-IC) + Systems engineering, integration and testing related or equivalent experience + Experience in systems acquisition and QRC projects + Army Space Control Fundamentals (ASCF) Course SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
