The Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) Linehaul team is growing and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transportation Specialist Lead to assist in ensuring cargo integrity for Amazon Inbound Transportation. As Amazon continues to drive cargo integrity within transportation and logistics, we consistently evaluate our tools and processes and drive improvements through shipper and carrier performance management and internal partnerships. In this role, the Transportation Specialist Lead will assist Inbound Transportation's Cargo Integrity team to create solutions and take actions to ensure that freight arrives to Amazon as scheduled. We are focused on learning, innovating, and are a customer-centric team. We are looking for candidates that have the ability to dive deep in complicated problems and drive resolution to disruptions in the inbound processes. The Transportation Specialist Lead will be able to communicate at a high level, as regular and ongoing communications with Amazon's shippers, carriers, and internal stakeholders will be required to uphold compliance to Amazon's standards.

Key job responsibilities
- Assist with trailer seal compliance audits for both carriers and selling partners
- Communicate externally with carriers and selling partners on requirements for Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) seals
- Perform deep dives into unreceived inventory and analyze root causes
- Other deep-dive procedures under development
