About the role:

As a Lead Product Designer within our Guest Experience team, your mission is to deliver best-in-class digital shopping experiences for our guests by leveraging and developing frameworks for UX sprints (i.e., discovery, co-creation, future-visioning) and delivering both functional proof of concepts and in-market launches in partnership with product, engineering, and other cross-functional peers and leaders. In this role, you will focus on deeply understanding the human need, changes in consumer trend and behavior, business opportunity, and Target’s brand potential to develop actionable, multi-horizon strategies for a small portfolio of new experiences.
