As a Lead CS Vendor Mgmt, you will be responsible for:

Relationship Management: Manage and build positive relationships with key/strategic suppliers using relationship management techniques to deliver mutual value.Performance and Compliance: Establish and enforce systems and procedures to monitor supplier performance, ensure compliance with organizational standards and quality commitments, and achieve mutually agreed goals and targets.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives on the supplier side to enhance efficiency and service quality.Issue Resolution: Report on and collaborate in resolving any performance issues with suppliers.Relationship Management Plans: Develop and implement relationship management plans and monitoring measures for suppliers.

Requirements for this opportunity:

Education: Preferred bachelor’s degree in information systems/computer science.Experience: Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.Must be bilingual; fluent in English comprehension, speaking and writing.
