About the role:
As Partner Manager you will be responsible for driving partner (vendor) performance and the adoption of UKG OneView platform solutions, delivering long-term measurable value for our customer and business. The role will have responsibility for developing relationships with senior, influential stakeholders within the partner (vendor) organisations, driving consistent partner (vendor) service for payroll operations through measurable KPI’s and driving the commercial & contract proposition.
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in our Dublin office and 2 days a week working from home.

Qualifications:
Previous partner (vendor) management or customer success experience. +5 years’ experience in leading customer or partner relationships. Outstanding and proven Stakeholder/Relationship Management experience, preferably with large Enterprise/SMEs at senior/Exec level. Strong leadership, initiative, and people & stakeholder management skills. High quality standards - we pride ourselves on the accuracy and quality of our delivery. Excellent negotiating/influencing skills; very strong commercial awareness. Passion for solving problems and constantly identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for addressing the root causes. Strong change agent with superior communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to present information to audiences at all levels of the organisation – both internally and externally. Be a self-starter, and work well in a team.
