Coordinate the creation and collection of necessary technology components and integrate them into a solution design.
Responsibilities\:
Leading all work related to the architecture, design, and implementation of web-based workflow tools and an automated testing framework that includes the development of automated test and business process capabilities.
Oversee a team or teams, performing technical specification implementation, configuration, customized development of add-ons to off-the-shelf products as well as customized development of web-based workflow tools.
Manage the integration, testing, deployment, infrastructure requirements, and oversight of ongoing operational maintenance and upgrades of existing web and off-the-shelf test and business workflow tools.
Internally work with the team and Government to interpret and prioritze requirements then translate those needs into implementable solutions that are supportable and cost effective.
Lead information sharing planning sessions which will provide the leadership and team with the information needed to align the automation and modernization strategy while working collaboratively with test directors, specialists or scientists, test/development teams to build a new modernized process and test tools that advance the stove-piped currently used methods.
Provide expert technical consultancy, expertise and advice to the Government on all matters related to technical architecture, infrastructure and software development operations, maintenance, and modernization, to include feasibility for all these factors.
