Overview

Responsible for supervising and delegating work related to assembly and production in the workshop. Provide technical support, as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for building product.Assign workload and supervise product production operatives as appropriate.Supervise and control activities to achieve yearly objectives.Lead continuous improvement process.Propose technical solutions and rectify product issues when possible.Assist with ensuring customer expectations are met and products are handled in an efficient and cost-effective manner.Develop a positive team dynamic to ensure high performance.Ensure all T.D. Williamson (TDW) QHSE requirements are met.Liaise with other TDW functions to enable effective coordination and resolution of production issues.

Experience

Five (5) years of experience or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent mechanical and assembly skills.
