We seek a dynamic Leader for our Cybersecurity Presales Engineering Team covering the Small and Medium-Sized Business (SMB) throughout Asia-Pacific, playing a meaningful role in leading, developing, and growing our team, as well as fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence. In addition, the candidate will collaborate with the sales, product, and marketing teams to develop technical strategy, and provide thought leadership on cybersecurity trends and emerging threats.

Your Impact

We're searching for a servant leader with a passion for managing a team and sharing their excitement about technology with team members, extended team members, customers and partners. 

Minimum Qualifications 

· Communicate, lead with a growth mindset, and build sales strategy and guiding the engineering team in executing that strategy

· Translating sometimes sophisticated technology in an approachable way to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.

· A Desire to win and be a part of a successful sales team!

Preferred Qualifications (Provide up to five (5) bullet points: these can include soft skills)

· Experience in cybersecurity presales, engineering, or solution architecture.

· Prior leadership or mentoring experience with a technical team.

· Proven knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and industry

· Ability to communicate complicated, technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus but not required.

· English proficiency 

For example, holding a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, PreSales, Cybersecurity or equivalent experience along with 1-3 years in a technical, leadership role such as a solutions engineering manager, consultant, customer success engineer leader, or other role combined with a solid understanding of cybersecurity solutions, terminology, markets, and customer needs.
