Responsibilities include:
Facilitate and deliver inspiring synchronous virtual and in-person learning experiences consistently using effective adult learning principlesOwns the design and development of leadership training and development programs, while partnering closely with field leadership to lead and support the execution of those programs.Monitors and evaluates the leadership training for effectiveness and modifies methods as necessary to support the changing needs of our business.Proactively partners with Learning Team to create, develop or update content when necessary and post training to Learning Systems as needed (Workday, Teams Files, Nouria’s Intranet, etc.)Collaborates with Director L&D and L&D Managers to build learning experiences that helps achieve the most effective, best-in-class training, facilitation, and delivery Supports Learning team in eLearning Transformation objectives assisting in the creation of briefs, content development, storyboard planning, post-production editing and content annotation.Effectively influence field teams to drive learning practices and system to increase engagement and usagePartners with Champions program manager for alignment between leadership development and Team Member developmentExecutes Food Safety Certification and Re-Certification processesIdentify training gaps and compose/execute development plans with clear objectives, outcomes, and follow-up measurements in partnership with Operations leaders and HRBPsPartners with Field Learning Manager to build and implement our field training strategy including introducing Field Trainers, on the job trainers, and training sites.Lead a variety of projects for Support Center objectivesQualifications
