Leadership Development and Culture Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Leadership Development and Culture Manager is primarily responsible for facilitating and growing the Leadership Development and Service Excellence program at Hendrick Health. The Leadership Development and Culture Manager also acts as the "culture keeper" of the organization by partnering closely with Human Resources and organizational leadership to create strategies that promote and assess employee engagement, employee recognition, and professional development and growth opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree Minimum Work Experience 1-2 years in a Healthcare Setting preferred Prior leadership experience preferred  Required Licenses/Certifications N/A Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Compile and analyze reports Compose applicable policies and procedures Compose letters/memoranda Coordinate meetings Interview/phone screen others Proven written and editing skills Research information Use computerized spreadsheets to conduct analysis Strong organizational skills Public speaking ability
