Leadership Development Coordinator

This role involves many responsibilities, from organizing calendars and travel arrangements to preparing materials for leadership programs. The Coordinator position will also assist in data analysis and resource development and collaborate with other departments to ensure messaging and program delivery alignment. Success in this role requires a high level of detail orientation, organization, and a proactive approach to routine tasks and complex projects, ensuring the smooth execution of leadership initiatives and overall department efficiency. Responsibilities: + Assist in creating and organizing program materials, such as agendas, handouts, and presentations, using tools like Canva. + Manage timelines, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation. + Manage logistics for training sessions, conferences, and leadership development events. + Venue coordination, attendee communication, and vendor management responsibilities. + Provide a hands-on assistance during events, including direct setup and breakdown of leadership development activities. + Coordinate post-event tasks, such as collecting feedback, distributing follow-up materials, organizing program supplies, and maintaining inventory levels. + Serve as superuser administrator for an online learning platform. + Liaison with other departments, such as Training, Communications, and Marketing, to ensure submission and tracking of resource requests to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and distribution of learning materials. + File organization, data entry, report generation, and maintenance of records for program logistics. + Manage scheduling for the Leadership Development team, including appointments, meetings, and conferences. + Arrange travel and accommodations and prepare detailed itineraries for team members and leadership. + Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, such as answering inquiries, processing expenses, and managing communications on behalf of the team. Requirements: + Minimum of three (3) years of experience with executive assisting, program/event coordination, project support, or a combination thereof is required. + Minimum of three (3) years in a learning and development or organizational development supporting role is preferred. + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. + Valid driver’s license required. + Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Office 365, Teams, etc.) experience required. + Proficiency in using presentation software. + Results-driven achiever with advanced proactivity, time management, and organizational skills. + Ability to meet tight deadlines, effectively prioritize, and juggle multiple concurrent projects simultaneously. + Strong work ethic, positive attitude, dependable, and requiring minimal supervision. + Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. + Robust assessment, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. + May be required to lift, move, or arrange boxes and event setup materials. + May occasionally be required to work overtime. + Travel up to 5%.
