Responsibilities:
Identify, design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive leadership and management development programs for the broader USCAN organization Lead skill and competency needs analysis; leverage insights to align leadership training and development to business needs within a defined segment of the USCAN population Partner with key stakeholders and senior leadership to create innovative learning solutions that align with near- and long-term business needs Collaborate closely with other learning and development team members to support broader USCAN L&D strategy and achieve departmental goals Ensure learning experiences incorporate adult learning principles and instructional design principles and are aligned to business priorities and leadership competencies Measure program effectiveness and adapt to improve satisfaction, knowledge transfer, behavior change, and business results Serve as a subject matter expert regarding leadership effectiveness Partner with internal and external subject matter experts to deliver learning solutions Oversee and manage training vendor relationships Manage budget and timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budgetRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.3+ years of relevant people leader experience with demonstrated success.Demonstrates a high level of commercial acumen, with the ability to understand and leverage business strategies to thrive in a high-pressure environment.Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects, to include documenting, planning, marketing, and executing using established project management skills.Desired Qualifications:
2+ years training experience or another specialized role preferredExcellent communication and presentation skills; executive presence, with strong experience working in a virtual environment Demonstrated ability to influence others and accomplish goals within a matrixed environment Experience/expertise in 70/20/10 program design and adult learning principles High level of organization, time management skills; ability to work both collaboratively as well as independently to drive results Results oriented with excellent decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $144,800.00-$217,200.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
