Your Role on Our Team:
The Professional II, Leadership Development is accountable for leading critical and transformational development experiences that feeds our pipeline of leaders. It is housed as part of the TTI leadership development team, who is responsible for foundational professional development and building leadership capability across all TTI companies. This role will sit in the Anderson, SC office.
Examples of duties and responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate critical leadership development experiences, including management training, professional development, and high potential leadership programs. Responsible for successful evaluative outcomes of programs that measure relevance to job and driving successful leadership behaviors.Ownership over metrics and reporting for assigned areasServe as team development coach to consult and drive improved team dynamics within conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and other key topicsFacilitate premium courseload of leadership classes such as CliftonStrengths and Crucial ConversationsConsult with high levels of the organization to align programs to core leader competenciesThe TOOLS you’ll bring with you:
8-10 years' experience in relevant work is optimal for success in the role (leadership development, human resources, coaching, or other relevant experience)Certifications and significant experience with Leadership Development tools and assessments (such as DISC, CliftonStrengths, Crucial Conversations, or relevant)Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication, attention to detail and conflict-resolution skills.Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
