The Leadership Development Trainer is responsible for implementing and evaluating curricula, training, and programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of management and leadership at all levels across the organization. This role involves delivering key training sessions to help leaders grasp essential management skills, advanced business acumen, critical processes, soft skills, and systems knowledge required to excel in their roles. You will play a pivotal role in guiding leaders from understanding their responsibilities to coaching them post-training on executing vital leadership tasks. The Leadership Development Trainer is integral in steering leaders through a comprehensive development program designed to ensure their success and highlight the significant impact of their roles on the organization's overall success.

Passionate about leadership and dedicated to nurturing growth and development in othersThrives on engaging with people and adept at delivering presentations to large audiencesSkilled at linking leadership behaviors to organizational outcomes What You'll Do Assist the Director and VP in developing leadership training programs and skill development sessions for all leadership levels.Support the design, development, and implementation of programs to achieve organizational goals and address identified skill gaps.Design and implement leadership training, processes, and succession planning frameworks to support both individual and organizational needs.Utilize leadership theories and adult learning principles to inform the curriculum and design of programs and courses.Maintain a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in all leadership development activities, tools, and processes.Serve as faculty for assigned leadership development programs and classes.Evaluate programs and courses to measure their effectiveness.Provide expert facilitation and coaching to supervisors and managers on leadership methods and tools.Travel as necessary to attend key meetings, consult with clients, facilitate sessions, or conduct training.
