The Leadership & Team Dynamics (LTD) team is a specialized unit within the internal Employee Assistance Program (EAP), providing advanced consulting services to address interpersonal, organizational, and systemic challenges. As an LTD Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting leaders, teams, and agencies through tailored interventions designed to enhance organizational health, manage conflict, and foster resilience. This position requires a highly experienced professional with expertise in consulting, facilitation, and conflict resolution to deliver strategic, high-impact solutions to complex workplace dynamics. **Minimum Qualifications** **To qualify for the Leadership & Team Dynamics Consultant, an applicant must possess:** Five (5) years of professional experience in social work, behavioral health, mental health, or organizational leadership, in social work, behavioral health, mental health, or organizational leadership. + A bachelor’s degree in social work, behavioral health, mental health or organizational leadership may substitute for 1 year of experience + A master’s degree in social work, behavioral health, mental health or organizational leadership may substitute for 18 months of experience AND experience in + Providing clients consultation and/or coaching + Assessment, development, and implementation of relevant and effective interventions. + Navigating conflict and/or critical incidents. + Leadership experience or leadership coaching/consultation. + Conducting group facilitation processes. **Preferred Qualifications** Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work, behavioral health, mental health, or organizational leadership.
