Leads Coordinator - New York, NY

The Corcoran Group is looking for a Leads Coordinator to join our Lead Generation Department. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery and maintenance of leads generated through marketing channels and technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent follow-up skills and an eagerness to learn. This position is a hybrid reporting to a New York City office. 

The Leads Coordinator will report to the CRM Manager and will have administrative and assistant duties related to digital marketing, CRMs, leads, agent management and data analysis that include:

Agent onboarding and off boarding processes, including contracts, training materials, and scheduling. Maintain and organize operational records and procedures for the department and various programs. Conduct research and reviews on agent engagement and productivity. Facilitate agent outreach, communication, and training initiatives. Ensure upkeep and maintenance of CRM leads. Oversee the leads lifecycle by tracking and auditing deals from start to finish. Oversee lead reassignment as needed. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on programs and agent performance.

Requirements:

Extensive background in a customer service environment. Excellent data entry skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite and/or Google GSuite. Proficient in Excel reporting, with expertise in equations and pivot tables. Ability to work well under pressure with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to interact with multiple internal and external parties comfortably. Professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Real Estate background or knowledge is a plus. LookerStudio experience is a plus.
