PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Answers incoming telephone calls from lessees, dealers, and internal staff. Refers questions to other departments as needed.
· Documents all telephone calls and conversations to ensure all necessary account information is accurate and up-to-date.
· Documents and makes changes to accounts.
· Calculates buyout quotes by determining the amount needed to terminate an account.
· Performs and answers any questions regarding address changes, reconciling account issues, buyout quotes, property tax questions, invoices, termination dates, miscellaneous charges on accounts and contract details.
· Maintains accurate and detailed information at all times especially when calculating buyout quotes.
· Performs other related duties as required or assigned, some of which may be essential to the position.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
· Associates degree or equivalent work experience
· 1-3 years of customer service experience
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to work independently and within a team
· Leasing experience is a plus
· Outstanding customer service skills including consistent politeness, patience, and a calm, positive demeanor
· Outstanding typing and communication skills, both written and verbal
· Strong computer skills including MS Office
· Ability to effectively communicate and interact with team members and other departments
· Perform data entry with extreme accuracy
· Strong attention to detail.
· Must possess strong interpersonal and technical skills, and a professional demeanor
