Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall Lean leadership at the segment level and drive the Lean transformation by serving as a champion, coach, and mentor for change.Developing funnel of variable cost productivity (VCP) and delivering against these for AVSLeading the Lean team of 10+ individuals across the organizationPartner with global business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement opportunities through Kaizen events and Lean initiatives, partnering with both segment + regionsDrive the execution of Kaizens and Lean events to deliver on the Continuous Improvement plan and develop Standard Work across processes.Develop and deploy Lean behaviors, principles, standards, and tools across the AVS segment.Provide training and development to employees on Lean principles and practices.Lead AVS’ operating mechanisms (MORs, SORs, LTS, WWPP) in partnership with subject-matter experts. Drive operational execution of critical projects at AVS level incl VCP.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.Proven experience in leading Lean transformations and driving continuous improvement in a complex, global organization.Strong knowledge of Lean principles, tools, and methodologies.Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment.For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $240,000.00-$360,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
