We look forward to receiving your application! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Coach and support employees with the implementation of our Production System + Coach and support the teams with their activities in Continuous Improvement + Assist the Continuous Improvement Manager in executing operational improvements and lean strategies + Lead and coach Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) sessions + Manage projects within budget and ensuring timely completion. + Maintain work processes within lean, standards and training documents + Train and coach the employees and support the managers on Perfect Execution methodologies **Who You Are:** We are looking for someone who takes initiative, thrives on solving problems, and sees challenges as opportunities.
