Job Summary:

Lean Facilitator

Support the implementation of lean & other continuous improvement activities, including the Polaris Production System, to improve site performance and enable Polaris-Monticello to become “Workplace/Employer of Choice” for the area.

Responsibilities

Identify, support, participate, and lead kaizen/continuous improvement activities, ensuring that actions are completed and sustained.Provide guidance/mentoring to leads & other individuals on Tier Board & Continuous Improvement meeting processes and use of existing data dashboards & reports.Act as site subject matter expert on 5S, conduct related audits, and assist others in applying/adhering to 5S standards.Perform and coordinate data collection such as time studies, work observations to validate pre/post improvement results.Ensure compliance to environmental, productivity, quality, & health/safety standards.Assist site Lean Manager in implementing key elements of the Polaris Production System.Assist with onboarding activities for new employees.Other duties as assigned

Education / Experience

High school diploma or GED required3-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred
