Summary: Seeking a Lean Management Specialist to implement lean philosophy and continuous improvement in production plants.

Job Requirements:

Experience in industrial environment implementing Lean methodology Lean Certification, preferably Green or Black belt Proficient in Microsoft applications Strong knowledge of KPI development

Preferred Skills:

Bilingual in Spanish

Job Responsibilities:

Deploy lean philosophy and continuous improvement mindset in production plants Develop standards, methods, processes, and respective documentation Analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, develop solutions, and support implementation Evaluate costs & benefits of projects and control the implementation of measures Prepare, distribute, train on subject matter, and share best practices Train personnel at all levels to enable continuous process improvement Ensure alignment with corporate objectives by working cross-functionally Lead with a communicative leadership style for high employee engagement Utilize management system to meet goals and drive continual improvement projects Interface with production personnel for optimal production efficiency balance Generate and analyze daily and weekly Lean reports

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
