Job Title: Lean Six Sigma ConsultantJob Description Lead the deployment of LEAN principles using an aligned approach to project, program, and performance management. Shapes the standardization and simplification process into a clear glide path for the site. Leads the deployment of LEAN for the site, highlighting needs, resources, and leading workshops while being accountable for the Return on Investment of the deployment. Collaborates on Continuous Improvement Projects with PMO, productivity engine, and reward and recognition programs. Hard Skills + 5+ years of experience with LEAN principles + LEAN Six Sigma (Black belt – Green belt w/ strong experience) + Led Kaizen LEAN projects Soft Skills + Leadership + Accountability + Collaboration Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Parsippany, New Jersey. Work Environment 100% onsite role. Reporting directly to the OpEx Director, with a current team consisting of a Director, a Manager, and an Associate.
