Lean & Six Sigma Engineer
The Lean & Six Sigma Engineer will identify and implements initiatives or projects to optimize the business operations, by using and providing guidance in the use of continuous improvement tools and methods. Actively supports best practices and continuous improvement processes to ensure compliance with all regulatory systems.

Grow with us- Your Responsibilities & Tasks:

Apply continuous improvement methodologies to developing, configuring, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve production rates, efficiency, quality of output, while reducing cost, improving sustainability and maximize profitability. This includes, but is not limited to, improving line balancing, workstations re-layout, and std. work creation / revision.Active participation in Gemba Walks / Tiers Meetings.Designing, running, testing / piloting potential process changes to evaluate effectiveness.Maintain detailed documentation of processes, improvements, and outcomes to ensure knowledge retention and compliance.Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.Ensure tasks and activities performed comply with applicable cGDP/cGMP regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Support in internal and external audits (e.g., Clients, Regulatory), as required.To constantly strive to instill a sense of professionalism and pride in the organization personnel by ongoing daily communication & leadership by example.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and supply chain, to implement improvement initiatives.Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of new initiatives and acceptance by stakeholders.Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement initiatives.Provide training and support to employees on continuous improvement tools and techniques.


What will convince us- Qualification & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or another related field.Lean/Six Sigma concepts training & application (Green Belt certification preferred).Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar position in a GMP regulated manufacturing.Bilingual (Spanish and English).Experience with project management methodologies and tools to effectively manage and execute improvement projects.Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work in diverse environments and understand cultural differences that may impact process improvement initiatives.Demonstrated leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, and to drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.Understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, OSHA) to ensure compliance during process improvements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools.Understanding of financial principles to assess the cost-benefit analysis of improvement projects and their impact on the organization’s bottom line.
