The Role
As a Lean Six Sigma Instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the learning journey of our learners and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering engaging training sessions, both virtually and in the classroom, to ensure a rich and immersive experience for every learner and catering to the unique needs of our diverse clients.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you will also actively support our sales team by contributing to client briefs, course outlines and course developments.
Our instructors are critical to business success by driving the completion of learner evaluations and identifying and referring opportunities for improvement.

Your extensive real-world experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve performance, reduce waste, and enhance quality is essential to provide practical insights and valuable knowledge to our learners.
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lean Six Sigma Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and a passion for teaching. This role involves developing and delivering high-quality training programs, mentoring students, and staying current with industry best practices.
Demonstrable experience in Lean Six Sigma or consultancy services or the following is highly desirable:
Deliver comprehensive Lean Six Sigma training programs.Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse groups of learnersStay current with the latest SharePoint features and updates to ensure training content is up to dateCollaborate with other Instructors and staff to continuously improve training programsTechnical Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.Extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement.Proven teaching experience, preferably in a professional or academic setting.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.Passion for education and student success.

You will then virtually meet with one of our course authors to assess your specific knowledge in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. If successful, we’ll invite you to attend a 3-to-4-day virtual course that will enable you to learn more about Learning Tree’s course methodology and will assess your suitability to deliver content in an engaging and professional manner.
