As our Performance Excellence Specialist, you will help advance operational and clinical improvement within the UCLA Health System by serving as a project manager, facilitator, consultant, analyst, coach and mentor. You’ll facilitate problem assessment, data compilation/analysis, team development, metrics design, and improvement implementation efforts. Using Lean, Value-Based Care Redesign and other approaches, you will support performance improvement while implementing the active daily management approach to sustain performance. You will support the continued execution and development of the UCLA ValU initiative, focusing on improving clinical outcomes, the patient experience, and reducing cost.
