The Lean Team Leader – Operational Excellence, works with the Operational Excellence Improver and/or Manager in Lean and Continuous Improvement Projects.  Supports initiatives related to the implementation and sustainment of Operational Excellence Programs plantwide. Oversees the deployment and sustainment of the 6S Program across the Puerto Rico Manufacturing Operations, ensuring adherence to audit plan and completeness. Supports Business and Service Units in activities related to improving flow, safety, and productivity through better organization, layout changes, and waste elimination.
